During the crisis caused by the coronavirus, all the services and resources for the care of victims of male violence are underway

Despite being conditioned by the state of public health emergency due to the Covid-19 that requires extreme measures of prevention and protection to prevent its spread, are in place all the resources and services urgent care to victims of gender violence that Basque institutions offer.   

 During these days, communication will be reinforced regarding the 24-hour telephone number for victim assistance (900840111) and the telephone number to be used in the event of an emergency (112). It also recalls the existence of the app emergency 112 , which was updated in 2018, and is accessible to people with hearing or speech and can facilitate the location to through of the GPS system.
